We seek an entrepreneurial, proactive and high energy creative problem solver to work with one of our enterprise partners. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self started with great interpersonal skills and business acumen - particularly in Banking & Financial Services. Relevant industry experience in Banking and Financial Services with experience meeting regulatory and GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) standards is a must. Experience working with Anti Money Laundering and BSA Act teams is required.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify, implement and execute on AML and BSA policies and procedures
- Monitor, investigate, report and work on mitigating suspicious activity and risks
- Work with internal team members and client stakeholders to create and enforce guidelines and maintain compliance as it relates to GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) standards
- Work with internal team members and stakeholders on best practices to prevent fraud and reduce risk from financial crimes
- Relevant industry experience working with Anti Money Laundering and BSA teams is required
- Relevant experience working with Banking and Financial Services teams to reduce risks from suspicious activity
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate guidelines, procedures, risks and policies to both internal and external facing teams is required
- Experience maintaining and adhering to GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) standards is required
- Ability to work in a team environment
