| Basic Qualifications : - Candidate must possess a BS and/or MS in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Computer Engineering). - 9 years of detailed HW development experience. -CREO -Active Secret Security clearance. Desired skills : - Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work with minimal day to day supervision. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to comprehend and work successfully with complex systems. - Lead small groups of teams for technical execution on programs, and ability to work with program/functional management to meet objectives of entire program. - Cross-Functional or Integrated Product team leadership experience. - Cost Account management experience. - Knowledge of Earned Value Management and tracking practices. - Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal experience. |
