Role & Responsibilities

As an MS Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Your role will include analyzing business requirements, developing CRM customizations, and integrating third-party applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers to ensure that the CRM system meets the business needs and enhances user productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, plugins, and forms.
  • Create and manage CRM dashboards, reports, and user interfaces.
  • Implement data integration and migration solutions using Dynamics CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new CRM solutions and initiatives.
  • Manage the implementation of CRM solutions, including custom code, configuration, and data integration.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of CRM applications.
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control for all CRM customizations and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CRM applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Participate in team meetings, project planning, and status updates.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer, with expertise in Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and development.
  • Knowledge of CRM integration tools and techniques, such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Scribe.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
