Job Summary:    

We are seeking an experienced Deployment Operations Engineer with expertise in Wired and Wireless Campus LAN/WAN deployments. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, and migrating enterprise-grade network infrastructure.

This role goes beyond technical expertise; it requires the vision to help build and elevate our professional services practice. We seek a seasoned expert – someone with strong hands-on experience who can leverage their learnings and insights to drive the service adoption with skills in network integration, migration, ensuring deployment quality, speed and consistency. A strong understanding of Zero Trust Network principles is essential. 

  

Key Responsibilities:  

  1. Perform, guide and oversee the deployment of a Service Block 
  2. Develop best practices on how to migrate legacy network architectures to a Zero Trust Network architecture 
  3. Perform Wireless and Wired Site Surveys 
  4. Provide technical leadership during implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing network systems 
  5. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolution. 
  6. Integration with NAC solutions such ISE, ClearPass, Azure AD and other cloud-based solutions. 
  7. Integration of on-prem or cloud DHCP servers 
  8. Integration and migration of Firewalls with the NSB. 

 

 Qualifications:  

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  2. 5-10 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on campus LAN, WAN environments. 
  3. Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, ECSE etc,.). 
  4. Proven experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments.  
  5. Managed deployment with switching and routing and have dealt with Router, Firewall, SD-WAN design and config 
  6. Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., OSPF, VoIP, QoS) and wireless technologies (e.g., 802.11ax, ac, n). 
  7. Experience with Professional or Consulting Services 
  8. Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools. 
  9. Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills. 
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Travel Required: 30-40% 

 

Preferred Skills:  

  1. Knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) for network management. 
  2. Proven track record in building and scaling professional or consulting services teams.
