Systems Engineers

Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, interfaces and system level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution. Develops integrated system test requirement, strategies, devices and systems.

 

Network Administrators

Responsible for the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and usage of the organization’s local area network. Manages network performance and maintains network security. Ensures that security procedures are implemented and enforced. Establishes and implements network policies, procedures, and standards and ensures their conformance with information systems and organization objectives.

 

Project Managers

Responsible for development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact to the customer. Defines project scope and objectives and develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

 

Database Engineers

Designs, implements, and maintains moderately complex databases. Experience maintaining database dictionaries and integration of systems through database design. Ideal candidate would have some DB administration experience.

 

Network Engineers

Responsible for designing, installing, maintaining and supporting LAN, WAN and VoIP infrastructures. Provides high-level technical support for voice and data network systems, creates and maintains network documentation, maintains hardware and software standards, and works projects as needed in order to upgrade to new and/or improved communication equipment and procedures. Recommends and maintains network related customer support processes and procedures to provide timely and efficient customer support. Continually reviews, identifies and suggests improvements to existing processes and system efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Software Engineers

Conducts or participates in planning, design, development, and utilization of systems software.
Designs, develops, tests, debugs and supports specialized web-based and distributed applications. Provides input, prepares and analyzes technical documents such as product requirements, functional specifications, detailed design documents, implementation plans, risk assessments, test plans, and release notes.

 

IA and Security Engineers

Responsible for all activities relating to information assurance procedures and systems. Develops information systems assurance programs and control guidelines. Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures and resolving technical problems, priorities, and methods. Consults with and advises other sections regarding internal controls and security procedures. Prepares activity and progress reports relating to the information systems audit functions.

 

Systems/Software Testers

Creates and/or executes verification and validation test cases, records results, and writes issue/problem reports. Creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance/verification reviews of software development artifacts. Helps develop and execute test plans and test scripts, executes planned sequences of test cases, records test results and validates requirements.

 

Desktop / User Support Professionals

Provides technical support on software systems or on desktop systems by troubleshooting PC problems. Responds and follows-up on internal and external customer support problems. Provides technical support for enterprise management, operations, engineering and security support services. Applies problem analysis and solving skills critical in identifying, resolving or escalating issues. Supports disaster recovery and adapts to various types of situations, clients and tools.

 

Telecommunications Technicians

Provides field engineering of voice and data and networks including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and inspection. Places and terminates fiber optic cable, performing line testing, and circuit commissioning.

 

Data Warehousing consultants

Responsible for data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation. Designs and develops complex processes for the data warehouse. Develops, maintains, and supports complex enterprise data warehouse systems and corresponding data marts.
